• Plan on spending a set number of minutes of your day calling customers that you haven’t talked to in roughly 6 months.
  • Send a email to customers once a month or create a newsletter for your customers to let them know what you’ve been up to.
  • Send a appreciation greeting card letting your customers know that you value their business and if they nedd anything just contact you.
  • Have a appreciation customer sale when they bring in the email or card you sent for example¬†they get 10% off their bill.

It is hard to make new customers now days with the economy and competition. It’s easier to keep in touch with the customers you already have and continue to build that relationship. It’s okay once in a while to ask if they know anyone that could use your services. Don’t underestimate the power of follow up.
